[antir-guilds-admin] Change of Guild Deputy

The Guild Deputy position has been vacant since I stepped down at 12th
night.  Pretty much everyone knows that this was because I had a series of
operations to get my arms back in working order, and hopefully re-socialize
me.  

 

At this point it is my understanding that Mistress  Laurellen has a person
in mind for the spot.  This should be great for everyone!

 

One change I have made, since I am still the admin for the guild-list is
that I have opened the list so no approval is needed to join.  It was a
silly requirement any way.

 

The Guild and A&S displays at June Faire looked outstanding!  I look forward
to having the office turned over to someone who can give it its proper
attention!
