We in the archery, uhh, horde? (No, no; that's been taken.)
Mob? Whatever: we may have already assumed responsibility for that last
"problem." We decided that, in honor of our desire and ability to tackle
darn near anything, our group (?) motto should be, "We can do that."
However, it looks and sounds much classier in Latin, so we found someone
to translate it for us; turns out, it's "Quid facere possum." The
resemblance of the Latin "possum" ("we are able"), at least in spelling,
to the colloquial pronunciation for "Didelphus virginianus" was
immediately so apparent that we promptly concluded that our -- communal?
-- campsite at tourneys would henceforth be known as (insert trumpet
fanfare here) "Possum Lodge," and I am in the process of designing and
making a large banner to so indicate. So although an opossum cannot be
lodged heraldically, there *will be* a Possum Lodge.
