If the holly leaves are drawn right, with multiple points, you can get
a CD from that armory. Alicia is correct in stating that the berries
are not worth difference.  So there's the fieldless difference and I'd
say if it was registered in 2002 it has proper holly leaves (the
Wreath Queen of Arms at the time was something of a stickler for such
accuracies) and should be a second CD because your emblazon is totally
a laurel branch.

I think it's clear.
