Greetings unto the college,  we have a client who wants " Azure, on a saltire argent a bulls skull sable ".  What I found close follows this.  It seems clear of everything except possibly Bela.  Would change of the secondary charge and its arrangement make it clear?  Or are we going to have to change something else?  YIS Seamus
