Hey guys,

Look at us - we have this extremely active group talking about submissions, anyone who enjoys figuring out whether a submission is good (and legal SCA) style might very well enjoy being Lions Blood. I mean, just think of all the people you can help get their things through by working with the heralds in Kingdom to provide good docs! (And just think of all the people you can help by giving them constructive feedback about reasons for return after 2 months rather than the 9 months it'd take for it to be returned from Laurel.)

You don't need a PhD in heraldry for this job y'know (which is a good thing because PhD programs in heraldry are, to put it mildly, in short supply :-)

Just think about it. If you know you don't want to do it, or are allergic to monthly deadlines, then yes this job isn't for you. But if you think you "might want to do it some day, if you were good enough" - well, you might be good enough now. Think about it :-)

Zenobia Black Stag (getting back to mundane work, which is becoming the ever-more-involving vortex. Is that a polite way of saying "sucking void"?)
