Two demi-fleurs conjoined at the base, perhaps?
It sounds plausible for later period style. It'll be the same
heraldically as two whole fleurs conjoined at the base, and I'd say
also you should check against single fleurs-de-lys as some of those
were drawn with pretty butch bottoms and might not get difference from
this hybrid.
Laurel has ruled that up to two fleurs-de-lys Or may be placed on an
azure field without running afoul of France, and since flaunches
weren't used for marshaling that Laurel has ruled I shouldn't think
the design a problem.
