Curiously, this badge is registered to An Tir, unlike the other populace 
badges (as given by Brendan Tymberhavene) which are registered to their 
respective Principalities.

Curiously, none of these are *registered* as being for the populace, nor 
is "Chequy Or and argent, a lion's head caboshed within a bordure 
sable," though "(Fieldless) A lion's head erased contourny sable." is.
