[antir-heralds] Fieldless badge question

I noticed that there are three fieldless badges for
hawk's lures, the lures being Or, argent and sable.  I
have a submitter who would like a badge: (Fieldless) A
hawk's lure gules.  Does she need a letter to
conflict?
