There will be one CD for the semi of leaves (X.4.b). 
I'm guessing there might be a CD for the leaves (X.4.d) but am not sure 
(I tried to go to the Madrone website to look at their device but got an 
error) if there's enough vert to count as half the charge.  I suspect 
there probably is. 
I believe you only get half a CD for changing the rapier to a harp as 
that's a tertiary charge and therefore needs two differences to qualify 
for X.4.j.
If there is a CD for the tincture of the tree, it's clear; otherwise it 
conflicts.

Note: I found it a bit confusing that some of Madrone's badges are 
listed under Tree - Rounded shape - 1 - Gules and others under Tree - 
Rounded shape - 1 - Vert, although the tree is blazoned the same (as 
well as one in the latter group which is blazoned 'proper'.

That's all I could find.  Hopefully someone who is more familiar with 
Madrone's device will be able to clarify if tincture is an issue or not.
