First question - can you specify number of traits? This is all I could find:
"As a number of commenters noted, we normally do not blazon the
number of traits in a paly
field unless there is some overriding need to. Paly fields are
most commonly of six or of eight,
and neither needs to be blazoned." (LoAR 5/92 p.21).
Arnbiørn Bassi Dansson - July of 2004 (via Atlantia): Barry of four
vert and argent, on a cross formy quadrate Or a bear's head cabossed
gules.
Rgistered without commenton the field, but with only four traits might
be cnosidered a 'special case', as six is the norm for a field.
The other 'counted traits' armories are either mundane or registered
before the above precedent. I'm thinking the blazon will end up just
'barry'.

Nah, the second CD is for changing the division from plain to wavy.
Always go for division difference first, it'll save you having to do
geometry to determining surface area. :)
Nothing weird, either, like counterchanged on a barry field. Looks good.
