Quarterly argent and gules, two swords in saltire counterchanged and
overall a hawk's head erased contourny sable.

It's not X.2. but change any of the three elements (type of charges in
saltire, type of overall, field) and it's a CD so it was a quick
conflict check.

Looks clear to me.  The beak's sable on gules, though. Consider
swapping the field or turning the head around? (Also both clear.)
