The bull's head, is it couped or erased?  Or cabossed? One of these
needs to be specified.

Apparently counterchanging a bordure across an ordinary is a step from
period practice, but you may  have one step, so that doesn't cause
this to be unregisterable. (Found in both Francois' and Jaelle's
precedents under COUNTERCHANGING.)

I found no conflicts.
