In line with which (and getting to what I intended to write in answer to 
the OP), the last uses found via the Blazon Pattern Search 
(http://www.farreaches.org/cgi-bin/oanda_bp.cgi) are:

July of 2005 (via An Tir):
       Per bend sinister sable and azure, on a bend sinister cotised argent

Aimée Douglas
     * The following device associated with this name was registered in 
December of 1999 (via Atenveldt):
       Or, semy of hearts, on a bend azure an apple blossom leaved argent.


Alejandra Isabel Marín
     * The following device associated with this name was registered in 
March of 1995 (via the Outlands):
       Gules, on a cross cotised Or, five hazel nuts vert nutted argent.
-----However, there is:
Chana al-Khadraa'
     * The following device associated with this name was registered in 
March of 2004 (via Caid):
       Quarterly vert and azure, a cross argent between in bend two hazel 
leaves Or.
----and I, personally, see no reason to assume a hazel *leaf* is 
distinctive and a hazel *nut* isn't.

There is no Apple Core in the database.
