Having re-read the relevant paragraph, it seems quite clear to me
that your interpretation is correct. So: who was it who interpreted it
otherwise, such that the no-photographing-any-armory statement came out
"per SCA rules"? Did Someone Official (or officious) actually declare
that, or did it arise spontaneously and become our very own urban legend?
How much battle are we going to have to do to re-educate our people?
And where is the incubator that is suddenly hatching all these folks who
are so eager to micro-manage our lives?
