Greeting all,

I am Arwyn of Leicester and used to be the Prinicipal Herald of Ealdormere.  
The below note is very important in keeping our barony, principality and 
Kingdom out of trouble.  This caused significant issues with many kingdoms 
over the years and should be avoided at all cost.  Here is a link to an 
article I wrote for the College of Heralds in Ealdormere.  Please let me 
know if you want to use it (changing it for here or for the areas).  I will
