Yes, but this is not a conflict.

There is one CD for changing the field from vert to per pale purpure
and azure by RfS X.4.a.i.
There is a second CD for changing the orientation of the bees from
bendwise to palewise by X.4.h.

So it's clear as-is from this.

I have NOT yet checked for other conflict possibilities.  Give me an
hour, my husband needs to set up the DSL.  But this one's clear.
