[antir-heralds] Style / Conflict check requested

I liked the first version of this first device better:
Per pale and chevronelly azure and argent, a mullet and an eagle counterchanged

But I thought it might be excessive counterchanging too. Despite how cool it looked in the drawing, hehe.
