[antir-heralds] Device check: Argent, a coney...

I believe the correct blazon would be "Argent, a coney courant and on a 
chief azure two crescents Or."

The coney is not to sinister, since to sinister refers to the left side of 
the shield from the wearer's perspective.  Also, you don't have to mention 
the color of the coney until you mention the chief, since they are the same 
color and mentioning it after both items is just redundant.

Other than that I think it looks like a nice device...I did not conflict 
check it, but I'm sure there are others who are much better at it than I am, 
who will help.
