At Egil's, the Prince commanded a new order to be added to the  
traditions of the Summits, one that honors our generous, long-serving  
and faithful merchants.  The text of the ceremonial follows:

HERALD:  In the days when Gabriel ruled the Summits, he wished to  
reward those who contribute through their trades to the lifeblood of  
this Principality. Therefore, he established the Order of the Bezant  
of the Summits to recognize those merchants without whom our  
experience of these current Middle Ages would be incomplete. Today,  
it is the pleasure of Their Highnesses to bestow upon  
________________ membership in this Order, done this _____ day of  
_______________, anno societatis ______.

The first two members of this order are:
