No.

The pertinent section of the RfS for this question is III.1.a.
Linguistic Consistency.

Laurel precedents abound on lingual blending. Compiled name
precedents are here:
http://www.sca.org/heraldry/laurel/precedents/CompiledNamePrecedents/index.html

Check out section 3. Name Construction - there's a category on
polylingual names.

Period records show that when someone traveled, their name was
recorded either in its original form (or bad misspellings thereof) or
changed into the local language. A man might be born in Germany to
the name Johann Schmidt, travel to England and have his name noted
down as John Smith then end up in France where he gets called Jean le
Forge and a Gaelic speaking Irish priest might well record him in
Latin as Johannes Faber. Note Christopher Columbus, who was Italian
and probably born Christoforo Columbo, and Chalemagne who wouldn't
have recognized that name if slapped by it, being Karl to his face and
Carolus when speaking Latin.

Persian women also didn't take their husband's surnames in period, I
don't believe. Locative bynames might have been prevalent, and one
didn't change one's place of origin by getting married.

Ursula is the resident expert on Persian names, so I'm sure she'll be
much help here. In the meantime, here's the best resource online for
such information: http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/islamic.shtml

Check out the name precedents. You're going to need the info.
