[antir-heralds] Scottish name

I have a client that would like the name William Lokharrt.  William is his 
first name so that is fine, but we are wondering about the Lokharrt.  It 
would be Scottish and we are not concerned with the era/century that this 
name originated, only that it existed pre 17th century.  Spelling is not an 
issue, please give any examples that you might have. Thank you.
