I was asked this question recently, and I think it might be worth 
compiling the answers for the antirheralds.org website FAQ: what do 
kingdom submissions fees pay for?  (The kingdom keeps $9 of the $12 fee: 
what do we do with it?)

We should also update the Canadian submissions price currently listed in 
the FAQ:
