[antir-heralds] where does the money go?

In the last two years, Symposium did not use any of that money.  In fact, we made a profit from Symposium because all classes were charged for, but some instructors decided not to ask for reimbursement.

  Kingdom keeps $8.  About half of that goes to postage, and still will
  even with electronic notification because the paper does have to get
  to Laurel.  I also believe that kingdom heraldic symposium has its
  budget out of some of that, the parts that the hosting branch doesn't
  cover.
