[antir-heralds] Acceptable charge

Ok, so I am a branch herald, with an AoA, and have not
yet submitted a device.

I am trying to rectify that.

So, here is my question:

Would it be acceptable to use a "broken flail" as a
charge.
What I am picturing is a flail with the chain between
the handle and the ball broken.

The advice of the list would be greatly appreciated.
