[antir-heralds] Question re submission forms.

Hello Theocharista,

As far as I know, they cannot be filled out online.  More is the pity as I
know sometimes the hand writing is hard for these old eyes to read and I
find myself using a magnifying glass and comparing letters to make out what
they say or hoping the submitter's email is legible so I can send them as
message to get clarification.

What I was advised some months ago and found it works like a charm is
opening the PDF in Adobe PhotoShop and adding the text in layers, then
saving it as a full sized jpg.  However it is very an expensive piece of
software and I only have it because of the web designing I do, being able to
fill out heraldic submissions is just a discovered bonus.  I have no idea if
you have access to PhotoShop.

I have a number of award names to put on submission forms and  when I tried
to fill them out on line as we were able to do with the older forms,  but I
find I'm having no success with the PDF format.  Are they able to be filled
out on line?  If so, how?   I am having a blank moment.
