[antir-heralds] Advice on heraldry books

Greetings unto the good heralds of An Tir,  
  I am looking to start my own heraldic library and would like to know your thoughts on a particular book.  It is "A Guide to Heraldry" by Ottfried Neubcker.  I stumbled upon it as I was searching for "Heraldry: Sources, Symbols and Meanings".  Does anyone feel that this would be a good addition as it is only about $10?
