[antir-heralds] Device help...Quarterly azure and argent

Oh great heralds of An Tir!!

I have a client who would like a device that I'm not sure can be done and I'm not sure of all the correct terms, so...here goes...

Quarterly azure and argent, 3 bears (not sure of posture yet) in each of the azure squares, a tree proper in the top argent square and a tree blasted and eradicated in the bottom argent square.

Is this even possible, stylewise?  Or is it too much like slot machine?  I don't even want to try to conflict check it till I'm sure the style is ok.
