   Well, it *sounds* like "Quarterly azure and argent, one and four three bears (arrangement?  posture?  tincture?), two a tree proper and three a tree (proper?) blasted and eradicated.  As far as I know (she says *very* cautiously) it's allowable stylistically; but it's awfully complicated, and there's some important information still missing.
