I just worked this out myself, so I thought I'd share the information: 
this list's archives have been public since January.  You can find them 
here:

Google is indexing this information, so you can use Google to search the 
list.  For instance, if you want to find everything with Tec's name in 
it, try:

teceangl site:missives.antir.sca.org/pipermail/antir-heralds/
