To me, it sounds like what the client is asking for is merely an
artistic licence that would only be suitable for display of the Arms,
much like diapering is used. In that case, I would caution the client
that although she could conceivably 'get away' with doing this after the
Arms have passed, it should NOT be done in the submission process, as it
would be grounds for a speedy return.
