I would specify /spur/ rowels, but otherwise fine.

Alas, yes.  Lachlann Munro, Oct. 2003 An Tir, "Per pale gules and sable, on
a chief argent three mullets sable."

Since the chief is charged, you only get one CD for the field.  Changing
the type only of one tertiary in a group of three gets nothing.

Make it three fleurs-de-lis instead of the mixed group and it might work.
