Ok, I need some assistance with this one.  A member of my shire has been 
active in the SCA for a few years.  He has his name registered, but due 
to moving around ( a lot!) his device never got off the ground.  He 
provided me with a colored Ansteorran submission form to work from.  It 
is posted at http://www.sitkum.com/Photos/traheaern01.jpg .

  Lord Traheaern would like to get as close as he may to what is shown 
here.  I'm not even sure how to blazon this one to be honest.  Thus, I 
need help :)
