Hmph.  Forgot that X.4.j. requires the whole shebang to be changed,
not just half or more of the group.  I'd make an argument that
'generally' is enough of a waffle word to allow Wreath to call it
clear on the grounds that charges on a chief are far, far more
visually apparent than charges on any other ordinary or charge, but
it'd have to get that far and the CoA commenters would have to agree
with me.  So you're right, by the strict interpretation of the rules,
it won't clear it.

Lachlann Munro is in An Tir and registered a scant four years ago.
Raoul, how about asking him for permission to conflict?  Caitrina, you
have the contact info, care to act as go-between?  Countess Elisabeth,
is he still in Wyewood?
