This is why a wholly electronic submissions process will never happen.
 On my screen it's pinkish and looks like red colored pencil.

I do not htink we allow peripheral ordinaries to be surmounted by any
charges other than ordinaries and peripheral ordinaries.  I'll have to
go find that/those precedent(s), though.
