[antir-heralds] Name Construction in Medieval Japan

So, AEstel has a copy of the book.  Who else?  I'm looking to get a
lady presumably in the 3M/DM area into physical contact with a copy so
she can choose a good SCA name.  (Yes, I've gotten the lady and
Juliana AEstel in touch with one another, or started the process at
least.)  And if course I sent her to the Saint Gabriel library in the
interim, though she wishes Heian period and their articles for female
names are later.

For that matter, has anyone any idea if it's still being sold, and if
so, by whom?
