[antir-heralds] Voice heralds needed for Ursulmas

Greetings unto the College!

Aquaterra celebrates Ursulmas in nine days' time. As in previous years,
there will be numerous tourneys for heavies, rapier, and youth on both
Saturday and Sunday; and so there will also be many opportunities for voice
heralds to have fun, be loud, and add to the ambiance and pageantry.

I have need of field heralds at all experience levels for 12 list-fields,
plus (on Sunday) an archery box tourney.  Scheduled starting times are
staggered as follows:

- Saturday  11:00 Ursulmas Rapier Tournament (2 erics)
		12:00 Ursulmas Heavy Tournament  (8 erics)
 		 2:00 Youth Armored Combat (2 erics)
		 3:00 Sable Rose Tourney (rapier, 2 erics).

- Sunday    10:00 Gideon de Noirville heavy tournament
				(Natasha's in charge of this)
		11:00 Ursulmas Archery (box) Tournament (1)
			Bear Claw Tourney (rapier, probably 2 erics)
		12:00 Bear Meat Tournament (heavy, probably 4 erics)
			Youth armored combat - over the barrier
		12:30 Grumpy Old Bear Tourney (rapier, probably 2 erics)

For those of you not familiar with Ursulmas .. yes, this is as much fighting
as a Crown event, in an indoor dirt-floor arena environment, and attracts
fighters of all ages and skill levels. A grand way to start the year for a
great many tourney-oriented An Tirians!

If you'd like to come, either one or both days, to be involved and help us,
please check in at Herald's Point at least 1/2 hr before the day's fighting
starts. If you're a beginner at field heraldry, we can give you some
training and/or pair you up with a more experienced field herald.

Two more things:
1st - If you know you're coming, please reply to this and let me know -
right now I have only 4 heralds committed, and it would be really nice to
know all the erics are covered!

and 2nd - if you are better at running a clipboard, or your voice isn't
doing well at the moment, I could use someone to keep a rotation schedule
(especially on Saturday) so nobody over-uses their voice, and I could spend
some time helping out in the erics.
