Just so I have as much information I can find for her...

The link Ursula provided says:
"Further information about the name Eilionora, may be found in:

    * OCM
      <http://www.medievalscotland.org/kmo/AnnalsIndex/Common/Sources.html#Sources>
      (p. 18 s.n. Ailionóra)."

The footnote lists OCM = Donnchadh Ó Corráin and Fidelma Maguire, Irish
Names.
Could someone who has this book please look up this entry and send me
the information. It would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I'm still looking for available spellings for Carrighow (now
Cargo, Cumbria). Does anyone have some resources that could provide
period spellings for this place?

Thanks,
Alicia
