[antir-heralds] Ithra assistance needed

Greetings unto the College;

I have recently agreed to teach a class at an upcoming Newcomer's 
Ithra.  It will be 1 hour and cover an introduction to and the basics of 
graphic heraldry. 

Since I have never done anything remotely like this before, is there any 
syllabus or outline available that I could liberally copy from?
