Good blazon, save the omission of the posture.
Vert, a leonine saggitary passant maintaining a bow and arrow Or and a
chief potenty Or semy-de-lys azure.
Though some sagittaries are blazoned with bows and some without,
there's an ancient, still-standing Laurel precedent that says the bow
and arrow are default. The bit in suqare brackets are an editor's
note.
If it were a "sagittary" it would have had a bow and arrow. (KFW, 22
Oct 76 [8], p. 9) [A sagittary (L. Sagittarius, "an archer") is
traditionally depicted as a centaur drawing a bow to release an
arrow.]

Felines and Monster - Other just in case something weird exists that
wasn't listed elsewhere.
Now, there's nothing that says a sagittary and the beast upon which it
is based are not different, either significantly nor substantially.
Nor is there a precedent that says they are. That's why we check.
Assume nothing that is not directly stated.
The type of chief and the presence of tertiaries clears anything I can
find without asking the difference question at all. Nice. :)
