Speaking from experience, if you're not sure, maybe you don't like it.
 Until we moved from our apartment one of my rejected designs remained
tacked to the den door. It was pretty but when I hit upon my final
design I knew 100% that it was The One.

Your proposal is a bit complex (either blazon) and might be daunting
to reproduce, which might be affecting your affection for it.
What do you like most about whichever design you're considering?
What don't you like about it?
Don't be afraid to redesign.  These are _yours_ and should be
something you view with possessive pride.
