[antir-heralds] awards issued to those not in attendance

Greetings from Thomas Hazel Leaf.
   My question for the College is thus.  When an award is passed from Prince to Baron for later presentation due to the receiver not being in attendance, and the award is allready dated, Is the award entered into the OP for the date originally printed? Or the date actually presented to the receiver?..
