[antir-heralds] memorials using devices

So, would it then be appropriate for the heralds of An Tir, with permission
from Ciaran's family, to wear his badge while heralding to show respect for
his memory? At least, for a certain time period? (I'm not certain how
these things work, but I'd like to do something to remember him.)
