[antir-heralds] Question about cadencing.

Hello.  My name is Adrian Hawkins and several years ago I was a herald
in the SCA.  I have recently gotten back involved in this fair
kingdom.  I have a couple questions for the more recently experienced
on the list.

I ahve a registered device and have considered cadencing and
regestering the cadenced versions for my children.  I have discussed
it with them and they think it's a cool idea.  I was wondering if this
is a common practice in the SCA.  I never remember hearing about when
I was doing heraldry before.

Also how common is it for kids to register names and devices?
