If your clients want specifically Welsh names, and would be willing to look 
at alternatives at this point, there are some articles on Welsh nams and 
naming practices at the Laurel pages:

There are articles at St. Gabriel's site as well, though I can't access the 
site at present, and they may be some of the same articles.
