...are not appropriate content for the An Tir Heralds list. It doesn't 
have any connection to the topic of the list.

I'm sorry the message went out to everyone -- it was sent by a 
subscriber so the list software automatically let it through. I have set 
the account to Moderated status to avoid this in the future.

Normally I would just delete the user account, but I'm going to assume 
good faith here and that it was just a mistake.
