He didn't ask for an argent field. <shrug>
If a group wishes to use a symbol but doesn't bother to register it
and someone else gets there and registers it...   Have you noticed how
many archers in An Tir wear my badge?  I would have my own attack
force!  :)

Besides, England got the pheon first anyway.
