THANK GOD. I swear, I was terrified to let a PicDic near a client because they seemed to be magnetically attracted to charges that had been disallowed or otherwise had special precedents about them since the last printing.

Depending on how pressing your need, I'd counsel that you hold off.
The third edition is in full production right now and due out
imminently. It'll be up to date as of at least April this year's
Laurel rulings, perhaps later, with new entries and expanded text.
Well, well worth the wait.
In the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask for entry text or scans
of individual charges for submissions use. I'll be glad to provide
that information if requested, as will anyone else on the list who
owns a copy.
