So this is the West's year, but is being held in An Tir.  Since I am the 
herald for the shire that is Physically hosting the War, I am curious:

Who is planning on attending the war?

This year there will be THREE sets of Monarchs (Caid is joining the 
party as reported on various Caidian lists).  (Yes I know the West and 
Caid are responsible for their own heraldry needs :) ).  I would like to 
compile a list so Their Majesties Cedric and Elizabeth will know who 
will be available to them for their Heraldry needs.
