[antir-heralds] Recognize this?

/me pokes his head up from the blizzard of school work....

Neither URL worked for me, so I haven't seen the picture in question...

I was once appointed Ambassador to the East, and wore a Kingdom retinue 
baldric with the An Tir arms in tooled and painted leather attached to 
it while in full Court garb.  I suspect it is the same, because on my 
return, I gave back the baldric to HRM Davin, along with gifts from the 
Eastrealm.
